Fun Fashion fabric collars for your special kitty.
These are soft fabric collars that most cats tolerate pretty well. Dog collars are not recommended for a Cat. Cat collars have a removable bell and a breakaway buckle so if your cat gets caught on something it will break away. They have such delicate necks that it is a safety issue. That is why you should always use a breakaway collar for your cat unless you are with him/her and using a harness and a leash because dog collars use a standard non breakaway buckle. The other thing is that dog collars are usually wider and much less comfortable on your cat. If you choose to use a dog collar or get a cat collar with a non breakaway clasp please be sure to purchase the more narrow width.
I use small 3/8 breakaway buckles on my collars that are 1/2" wide. This makes the collar much more comfortable since the buckle is narrower.
I also use the easier breakaway buckle on a kitten collar unless otherwise requested and on the Standard cat collars or large cat collars I use a harder to break buckle.

These collars are 1/2 inch wide however a wider collar is available upon request.
