This is such a fun fabric for a dog collar. The fabric is now out of print so the sizes are limited.  A light tan color accents the colored hearts.

These collars are individually handmade in the USA from 100% soft cotton fabric.

Adjustable dog collars with a quick release buckle. 

Sizes available for small dogs. 7-11 inch and 10-15 inch neck sizes.

7-11 is 1/2 inch wide

10-15 is 3/4 inch wide
